Package Your Items
Place the original items in their primary packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Courier Collection
Our preferred courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your specified address.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
